Kutak Rock LLP's Denver office is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 2-4 years' experience in real estate law.

Requirements and Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

Significant experience in handling all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including the review of title commitments and surveys, preparation and resolution of objections contained in title and survey comment letters, preparation of real estate documents, coordination and facilitation of closings, follow-up with post-closing matters, and extensive contact with clients.
Comfort when interacting with client representatives and negotiating with opposing counsel.
Excellent academic credentials.
Strong communication and writing skills.
The drive to help shape and expand a growing practice.
The ability and confidence to work independently and demonstrate flexibility and desire to work in a diverse commercial, business and creditors' rights litigation practice.
Experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions is preferred.
All candidates must be currently admitted in Colorado.
