The Silicon Valley office of DLA Piper is actively seeking a mid to senior level international tax associate with 5-8 years of experience with a large accounting or law firm or US multinational corporation. The ideal candidate will have experience with international structuring and transactions, project management with client tax department, and meaningful client responsibilities. This is an opportunity to join a very fast growing practice of the largest law firm in the world that provides substantial client contact and practice development and professional growth opportunities. Transfer pricing and tax audit experience as well as familiarity with financial statements and models will be a plus.
