DLA Piper's Boston office is seeking a Real Estate/Real Estate Capital Markets associate with 3-6 years of experience for its Real Estate Group. Significant experience within multiple areas of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, financing and joint ventures, including drafting limited liability company agreements, limited partnership agreements and handling the operational aspects of such is required. Preferred candidates will have immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools as well as prior experience in a large or mid-sized law firm.
