The Austin Real Estate Group seeks an associate or a staff attorney with at least 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including real estate finance. The ideal candidate will have significant experience negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases, partnership agreements, loan documents and opinion letters, and experience with zoning and other land use issues. Additionally, the ideal candidates will have big firm experience, excellent written communication skills and a strong academic background.
