The San Francisco Real Estate Group seeks an associate with at least 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including real estate finance. Each candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a strong academic record. The ideal candidates will have significant experience drafting loan documents, purchase and sale documents, leases and opinion letters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team of lawyers who work on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions across the United States as well as international transactions.
