DLA Piper is seeking an attorney who has 4-10 years of transactional experience with an emphasis on licensing and technology and commercial transactions to work in its Technology, Sourcing & Commercial Group in our San Diego Golden Triangle Office. We seek candidates with demonstrated experience in these areas and who are interested in being part of a collegial environment where they can further develop their professional experience while working on a non-partner track with more flexible billable hour requirements.
