The Miami office of Jones Day has an immediate need for a Corporate associate with a minimum of three years experience working on complex lending and/or transactional matters. Candidate should have large law firm experience and be comfortable working in team atmosphere. Must be able to assume appropriate level of deal management responsibility, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation and providing sound advice to clients. Superior academic credentials and Spanish fluency required.
