Associate with 2 to 3 years of experience in litigation for the consumer finance litigation & compliance practice group. State and Federal court experience is required. Federal Court clerkship experience is preferred. Consumer finance litigation experience is considered a plus. Excellent academics, research and writing skills are required. Must be a member of the State Bar of Texas.
