Candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience which includes experience with commercial sales and acquisitions, lending (representing both lenders and borrowers) and leasing. Job Requirements
3+ years of experience as an attorney working with a firm's Real Estate group
Demonstrated experience and expertise within the field
Commercial sales and acquisitions
Experience in lending for lenders and borrowers and leasing
Excellent writing, communication and analytical skills
J.D. from an accredited law school
NJ Bar admission required, PA Bar a plus.
