The Atlanta office of Hunton & Williams has an immediate need for a Capital Finance & Real Estate associate with 2 years' experience. Candidates must have experience in a variety of investment and finance transactions, with an emphasis on commercial real estate. Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in workouts is also useful. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and be a true team player. Georgia Bar membership is preferred.
