Fenwick & West's Securities Litigation Group is one of the most active practices in the United States, typically representing issuers (including Fortune 100 companies), and their directors and top executives, in shareholder disputes, including traditional securities class actions, derivative actions and actions arising out of mergers and acquisitions. Fenwick also has an extensive internal investigation, regulatory representation and white collar defense practice, often representing audit and special committees looking into allegations of accounting fraud, whistleblower claims, or corruption under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. In addition, the group regularly defends individuals and entities in connection with DOJ and SEC investigations and actions, including insider trading matters. We are currently seeking a securities litigation associate with two to four years of securities litigation experience. Superior academic credentials, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills a must.
