Haynes and Boone /Dallas, TX

Haynes and Boone is seeking a 2-5 year associate with chemical patent prosecution experience to join our Dallas office. We represent large, mid-size, and startup clients in a wide range of chemical technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least a college degree in chemistry or chemical engineering, and have well-developed skills in patent application preparation and prosecution, as well as in conducting freedom to operate and landscape analyses. Prior experience in a large law firm setting is preferred. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills, and should enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting. References will be required.
