Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a mid-level Associate with 2-3 years of litigation experience (classes 2010-2011) to join the Litigation Department in our Tallahassee office. Our ideal candidate will have very strong legal research and writing skills and will have experience conducting complex discovery, drafting complex motions and appellate briefs, and assisting in trial preparation in state, federal, and administrative courts. Federal court or appellate clerkship experience is a plus. We are seeking a very well-rounded, motivated Litigation Associate who is willing to work hard. Top academics and experience required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from a top tier, ABA-approved law school and must be an active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
