The Phoenix office of Squire Sanders is seeking a Corporate associate with 3 to 5 years of significant transactional practice experience. The ideal candidate will have meaningful, large-firm experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, public and private securities offerings, loan and financing transactions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments. The position offers the opportunity to assume significant responsibility in a collegial work environment. Candidates must possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills and judgment, must excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment, and must be highly motivated with excellent academic credentials and writing skills.
