The Atlanta office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Real Estate associate or counsel with five or more years' experience. Candidates must have experience representing Borrowers or Lenders in commercial loan transactions secured by various asset types. Excellent academic credentials, writing skills and interpersonal skills are also required. This position may be on- or off-partnership track, and may be either full-time or reduced-hours commitment.
