The Atlanta office of Alston & Bird has an immediate opening for a Real Estate associate or counsel with three or more years' experience with a strong real estate or tax background. Experience in structuring and drafting real estate joint venture transactions is required. Excellent academic credentials, writing skills and interpersonal skills are also required.
