Associate or Managing Associate for our dynamic and growing Technology Transactions Practice within the Silicon Valley Corporate Group. The ideal candidate should have experience negotiating complex commercial and technology transactions and intellectual property counseling. Orrick's Technology Transactions Group represents clients from start-ups through the Fortune 50, across industries including software, new media, e-commerce, Internet, clean tech, semiconductor, and life sciences companies. Our Technology Transactions Group seeks associates who enjoy working closely with clients in an exciting fast-paced environment. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials. In addition the candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be a team player. Membership to the State Bar of California is required.
