We are looking for an Associate to join our Energy & Infrastructure group. Attorneys should have project finance experience, with particular emphasis on PPP infrastructure and/or renewable energy. Attorneys with broad-based experience working on equity/sponsor development, construction, financing (tax-exempt, bank and other financings), PPP concessions, acquisitions, and sale of infrastructure or energy projects and other infrastructure is a must.
