Ideal candidates will have an educational background in electrical engineering, as well as experience in the technical aspects of IP litigation, including experience in formulating infringement theories, drafting claim charts, and taking/defending technical fact and expert depositions. This is a unique opportunity to join a close knit team, and to quickly gain high level IP litigation and licensing skills. The position offers hands-on experience and immediate responsibility.
