Pepper Hamilton's Financial Services Practice Group is seeking to hire a leveraged finance associate with 2 to 4 years of experience. Residence in the New York office preferred. Candidates for the Philadelphia office who are admitted to the New York bar also will be considered. The group's highly diversified practice includes representing commercial banks, hedge funds, private equity sponsors and public/private corporate borrowers/issuers in mid-market senior secured credit facilities, subordinated debt, mezzanine financings and high yield debt issuances. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leveraged financing with a demonstrated interest in other types of transactions. Excellent academic credentials, client management skills, New York bar admission, and major law firm experience are required. Diversity candidates are encouraged to apply.
