We are seeking a litigation attorney to work on an hourly, part-time and flexible basis out of our Philadelphia or Cherry Hill, NJ offices. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and growing commercial litigation practice.

Qualified candidates must have the following:

• Must be licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey; Maryland or Delaware bars is a plus;
• Four or more years of commercial litigation experience, including pleadings, discovery and trial preparation;
• Experience in consumer finance-related litigation is a major plus
