Holland & Knight LLP is seeking an associate for its growing healthcare and life sciences practice in Miami. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years experience in one or more of the following areas: Healthcare fraud and abuse laws, including the federal Antikickback Statute and the False Claims Act, Stark, HIPAA/HITECH, billing and reimbursement, state licensure, compliance programs, corporate transactions and a demonstrated ability to interface with clients. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. If not currently admitted to Florida, the candidate must be willing to gain admission at the earliest available opportunity. Applicant must have excellent academic credentials and strong writing and organizational skills.

Job Requirements:

Florida Bar Membership preferred

2-5 years of transferable experience
Excellent research and writing skills
