The Government Enforcement Group is seeking a New York based associate with five or six years of significant white collar defense experience, ideally with a focus on securities and futures enforcement. Candidates should have substantive knowledge of the securities laws and the relevant federal regulators. They should also be capable of managing cases, including junior associates staffed on those cases, on a day-to-day basis.
