The Life Sciences Group of the Corporate Department is seeking a Boston or Silicon Valley based mid-level associate. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of capital markets, corporate governance, and mergers & acquisitions experience. Experience in venture capital and representing clients in the life sciences industry, including pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, medical device manufacturers and research institutions is a plus.
