The Washington DC office of Chadbourne and Parke is also seeking several Project Finance candidates. We are looking for applicants with between three and six years of experience. Candidates must have strong competency in drafting and negotiating financing documents and/or project-related contracts such as EPCs, PPAs, etc. Experience in Project Finance is highly preferred, but candidates with exceptional backgrounds in other finance or project development practices are also encouraged to apply. Candidates should have top academic and firm credentials.
