Chadbourne & Parke LLP seeks a mid level associate with five to seven years of experience for an exciting opportunity to join our Project Finance practice in the Los Angeles office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit to assist us in growing our LA office and expanding our practice fluency. Ideal candidates will have top credentials, a strong desire to learn and work in a collaborative environment where teamwork is emphasized and will be willing to take on a variety of responsibilities across all levels of complexity. Candidates must have strong competency in drafting and negotiating the principal financing documentation as well as experience in drafting or reviewing project documentation. Experience in negotiating supply contracts and/or offtake agreements, M&A, real estate or regulatory work is a plus.
