Our Las Vegas office is currently seeking an associate who has practiced in commercial and construction litigation for one to three years. Experience should include extensive research, drafting and arguing motions, taking depositions and assisting in complex litigation matters. Experience with commercial construction impact, deficiency and contract claims is preferred Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and Nevada Bar licensure is required; California Bar licensure helpful. An engineering background is also preferred.
