Our Salt Lake City office is currently seeking a one to two year associate to join the commercial finance practice. The position would include documenting, negotiating and closing sophisticated lending transactions, particularly real estate secured loans. No prior experience required but a business or real estate background would be helpful. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and Utah Bar required.
