Our Phoenix office is seeking an employee benefits attorney who has practiced for six to ten years. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the areas of health and welfare plans, health care reform, HIPAA portability and privacy, COBRA, cafeteria plans, and wellness plans. Expertise regarding qualified plans is a plus. The position requires Arizona State Bar membership (or willingness to sit for the Bar), strong academic credentials, and excellent writing skills.
