The Washington D.C. office of Arent Fox LLP is seeking an associate for its trademark practice group. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years experience doing trademark searching, clearances and full availability opinions, as well as trademark prosecution.

Candidates should have experience working with large trademark portfolios, possess strong time management skills and the ability to work successfully on a team and manage paralegals. The candidate must also possess excellent writing and analytical skills, and be highly organized and detail oriented.
