Requirements:

Applicants should have experience documenting, negotiating and closing complex commercial loan transactions for a wide variety of lenders. Extensive knowledge of and experience with UCC issues, acquisition loans, intercreditor agreements, syndicated loans and real estate secured loans are required, as are strong academic credentials and oral and written communication skills.
