Dykema Gossett PLLC, a leading national law firm, has an opening for an associate with two to three years of experience in employee benefits for our Bloomfield Hills office. Experience in at least several of the following areas is mandatory: welfare plans, Code Section 409A executive compensation, tax-qualified retirement plans and general compliance work. In addition, candidate will work with clients on issues arising from the Affordable Care Act. Strong drafting skills and attention to detail are required. We are looking for someone with an interest and who has had the chance to show some aptitude in the employee benefits field.
