Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking an Associate with 5-6 years of employment litigation experience for its Ft. Lauderdale office. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting EEOC responses and conducting mediations on behalf of employers. Candidate will have extensive experience in preparing and taking depositions, preparation and responses of written discovery as well as some second chair trial experience. The candidate will work with a high producing partner with a commitment to exceptional client service.
