The Denver office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is seeking a mid-level corporate transactional paralegal. The successful candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in drafting, revising and reviewing all types of basic entity documents, and will also have some experience in, and the ability and desire to learn, mergers and acquisitions and basic filings under state and federal securities laws.

This paralegal will likely be responsible for routine entity formation and entity restructuring documents and filings, preparation and review of UCC financing statements and related documents, and due diligence review and summary, especially as they relate to mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity financings.

Ideal candidates will also have an understanding of the time commitment necessary to servicing transactional clients in a high-volume deal environment. Strong writing and organizational skills, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment are also required.
