Qualified candidates will have between 2 and 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents relating to mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, commercial lending, and corporate finance matters. Admission to the Connecticut bar is required. Top academic and transactional credentials, excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills also required.
