Our Philadelphia office seeks an associate with 4- 7 years of experience to join our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group. Candidates shall have experience working with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and other applicable employee benefits laws on matters involving executive compensation, qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefits. Superior academic credentials and strong writing skills are required. Relevant government experience is preferred. Our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group has a national and regional practice advising public and private companies, churches and other nonprofit organizations and governmental entities. Our clients range from large multinational corporations to well-known regional companies and tax-exempt organizations, and include large manufacturers, financial institutions, investment managers, state and local governments, hospitals, universities and church organizations
