Ballard Spahr's Atlanta office is seeking an associate to join our Business & Finance Department. Qualified candidates will have experience (4-6 years) in one or more of mergers and acquisitions, transactional finance, business formation and general corporate work. Strong academic credentials as well as analytical and communication skills are required. Large firm experience would be a plus.
Our Business & Finance Department has a regional, national, and international practice involving public and private companies private equity firms, financial institutions and nonprofit organizations. Our clients include companies engaged in technology, manufacturing and service functions; pharmaceutical, energy, telecommunications, and software as well as financial institutions; investment companies; sports and other franchises; public utilities; and hospitals and health services.
