Our Indianapolis office is seeking an attorney with 4 – 6 years of transactional experience in business/commercial matters. Other real estate or construction experience is preferred.
Candidate must excel in a team oriented environment and have the personality to develop and implement networking skills both externally and internally. Must be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent business judgment and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will perform a broad range of legal functions in Ice Miller's Real Estate Group. The Real Estate Group represents developers, landlords, financial institutions, and others who regularly engage in real estate transactions, as well as clients who only occasionally need services to lease, construct, buy or sell facilities, among other issues.
