Cooley LLP has an opportunity available in the securities and mergers and acquisitions practices of its Boston office; associates with two to five years of general corporate experience are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates will have: (i) experience in public company matters (including SEC reporting and compliance), public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance; (ii) experience working in the business/corporate department of a comparable law firm; and (iii) a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
