The ideal candidate will have strong research and drafting skills, training in a law firm or legal department with exposure to qualified retirement plans, executive compensation plans, including equity plans, incentive plans, and performance plans for both public and private employers, welfare plans and fringe benefit programs. Top academics credentials are required.
