The Chicago Intellectual Property Group seeks a trademark associate with 3-5 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on experience working on trademark transactional matters, including domestic and international prosecution and oppositions. Additionally, some experience with trademark litigation or advertising/promotion law would be a plus. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Illinois. Candidates with immediately transferrable skills and strong academic backgrounds are preferred.
