Associates with 2 to 4 years of general commercial litigation experience for the consumer finance litigation & compliance practice group. State and Federal court experience is required. Judicial clerkship experience preferred. Consumer finance litigation/Financial institutions litigation experience is considered a plus. Excellent academics, research & writing skills are required. Must be a member of The Florida Bar.
