Associate with 3 to 6 years of experience in products liability, mass tort and general commercial litigation.

Specific experience defending multi-jurisdictional complex products liability claims, preferably in the pharmaceutical and medical device areas, is preferred. Must have experience in all aspects of trial preparation, with excellent research and writing skills. Experience taking and defending depositions and attending and arguing hearings in both State and Federal court preferred. Must be a member of the Florida Bar or willing to sit for next examination.
