Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience focusing in the areas of patent litigation and counseling.

Experience handling all phases of patent litigation is required, as well as performing intellectual property due diligence, negotiating and drafting agreements regarding patent licenses and applications. Trademark and copyright litigation experience is considered a plus. Undergraduate or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Will also consider other technical backgrounds. Must possess excellent academic credentials, oral communication, legal research and writing skills. Must be registered with the United States Patent & Trademark Office and be a member of the Illinois State Bar.
