Experience needed:

1) Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
2) Paralegal certification
3) Five or more years of complex litigation experience

Proficient in Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Attentive to detail
Able to handle a fast-paced environment with extensive multi-tasking
Strong work ethic
Able to summarize depositions
Experienced in electronic document discovery
Familiarity with State and Federal Courts
Able to handle large document production cases for a busy team
Experience assisting at federal trials
Experienced in litigation software (Doculex, Concordance, Casemap & Sanction)
