The Memphis office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell and Berkowitz seeks a staff attorney with 3 or more years of litigation experience to join its Financial Institutions practice group.

Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills are sought to assume responsibility of a wide variety of matters related to the mortgage servicing industry.
