We are seeking an associate to join our Brand, Advertising and Copyright team, which focuses on issues related to trademark and unfair competition law, as well as copyright, advertising, social media and other related areas.

The associate will work primarily on trademark and copyright litigation, opposition and cancelation proceedings, trademark clearance and trademark and copyright prosecution. Applicants should possess 1-3 years of law firm experience working in these areas, or a demonstrated interest in intellectual property. Experience with licensing, advertising, contracts and/or general litigation would be considered a plus. Candidates for this position must possess exceptional writing and analytical skills. Attention to detail, strong time management and organizational skills are critical.
