Cooley LLP has an opportunity available in its San Diego office for law students graduating in 2014 to join our preeminent, internationally recognized corporate practice.

First year associates will be members of client teams representing (i) public companies in a wide variety of matters including corporate governance and SEC and exchange reporting and compliance; (ii) private companies in a wide variety of organizational and finance matters, including venture financings; (iii) buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions; (iv) companies, investors and underwriters in public securities transactions and (v) handling the day-to-day demands and work flow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs. Ideal candidates will have had an internship with a national or international law firm or company, and will have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
