Pepper Hamilton's New York office is hiring a mid-to senior-level Corporate and Securities associate with 5-7 years of private equity experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience representing private equity firms in connection with their investments in portfolio companies, including structuring, organizing and executing acquisitions, financings and exit transactions, and handling general corporate matters on behalf of portfolio companies. The candidate should have significant experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and serving as the lead associate on transactions.
