Required Skills:

· 10+ years of intellectual property experience

· Experience with intellectual property transactions including licensing agreements

· Experience drafting, processing, and prosecuting patent applications in electrical and software technologies

· An undergraduate degree in electrical engineering

· Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office

Preferred Skills:

· Intellectual property litigation support experience
